As the premiere NZ Certified Reseller of Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Sound Business Systems is focussed on providing a high level of support to its Professional customers.
Support is available to Dragon Professional customers, who take up a yearly Application Support Agreement (ASA).
This provides an 0800 support phone and unlimited remote support. Most issues can be sorted quite simply over the telephone/email or dial in web access.
12 Month Application Support Agreement - DNS Professional $99 excl GST
Site call outs for some regions are also available at an hourly rate of $125 excl GST.
Support is available 9am – 5pm business days.
For users of the Dragon Premium and Home Editions we can pass you onto Certified Trainers in your region who can take care of you training and support needs in a more casual as requested manner.
